Student Success

Architect of student strategy

Through a shared committee structure, the Office of Student Success serves as the architect of the university’s student strategy. These groups bring colleges and campus partners together to identify priorities, align efforts, and ensure that student success initiatives are guided by data, shared accountability and institutional goals.

Committee structure

  1. Student Success Persistence Council:

A cross-divisional group that uses data to guide strategy and decision-making

  2. Student Success Action Committee:

This group includes the "doers" on campus, people who understand "system and process." They turn strategy into action

  3. University Advising Council:

Convening academic advising leaders from across campus, this group strengthens advising through coordination and shared practices
