• Standard Room Sets:  (1) Tall 4-Top, (2) 4-Tops, (1) 2-Top, (1) 4-Round

• Room Charges: Free for On-Campus Entities, however, if you plan to charge admission to your event, then a base rate of $200 will be charged.

Visiting OSU?

• Looking to connect with OSU's pre-health, vet, law or concurrent students? This maybe the space for you!
• For off-campus entities a fee may be assessed depending on the type of event. Contact us before making your reservation.

Room Capacities

• Maximum capacity = 30 Guests

• Capacities may vary depending on your event needs. Please contact us to create a custom room diagram for your event!

• Room Dimension = 503 square feet

Hours of Operation

• Open Study M-F 8am-5pm

  • Occasionally may be reserved on Tuesday by outside groups.

• Student Organization's 5pm-7:30pm

  • Available to book Tuesday - Thursday
  • 55-Minute Blocks

• Outside Groups 9am-5pm

  • Available to book on Tuesday only
  • 4-Hour Blocks, Either 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm
