Program Withdrawal

There are many reasons a provisional admit for the OSU-COM 3+1 Program may not continue in the program, including:

• Change of personal or professional goals.
• Change of life circumstances/financial support.
• Inability to meet program requirements.
• Relocation/did not return to OSU.

Self-identify and communicate to:

• OSU-COM admissions office
• OSU undergraduate advisor at your next pre-scheduled advising appointment.
