Pre-Health Advisory Committee (PAC)
Are you preparing to apply to medical, dental, or PA school? While a committee letter is no longer part of OSU’s PAC process, we still offer valuable support to help you stand out.
The PAC Evaluation Process now includes a one-on-one review of your application and interview. This personalized feedback session is designed to help you strengthen your materials, sharpen your interview skills, and present your best self to professional schools.
Although not required, participating in the PAC Evaluation Process is highly recommended—many applicants find this type of review helps them strengthen their application materials and prepare them for professional school interviews.
Benefits of the PAC Evaluation:
- Completing a full draft of your professional school application
- 1 - 2 professional interviews with personalized feedback
- Getting a head start on your personal statement

- Application Process
Applications are completed electronically and submitted using Canvas, where all application instructions, materials, and additional details are housed. Joining the PAC Canvas does not start an application and can be reversed. All application materials, including all supporting documentation, must be received on Canvas no later than the deadline to be evaluated for the interview process.
Note that the application is extensive and the quality of your feedback will reflect the amount of effort you invest. We strongly recommend starting your application in the Fall semester.
