Academic Reboot Course
UNIV 2001Reboot your academic journey
UNIV 2001 (Academic Assessment and Evaluation) is a course designed to help students learn study skills, access campus resources and earn participation hours in the Academic Reboot Program. You can earn hours by meeting with your academic advisor, going to tutoring or Supplemental Instruction in the LASSO Center, meeting with a tutor in the Writing Center, working in the Math Learning Success Center (MLSC), engaging in activities sponsored by your academic college or your major, participating in leadership activities, or meeting with a peer mentor.
Course description
Designed to help students learn the skills necessary to achieve academic success and
access the campus resources available to them.
Student learning outcomes
At the completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Navigate and utilize academic resources.
- Identify as a member of the OSU/Stillwater academic community.
- Prepare successfully for class, study using evidence-based practices, and successfully prepare for exams.
- Take an active role in their educational experience.
