Welcome to the LASSO Center. We offer tutoring and academic support at no additional charge to students at OSU-Stillwater and OSU-Tulsa. Our goal is to help you succeed in your academic journey and provide you with the knowledge and resources you need to excel. We're here for you!
About UsAcademic support
At the LASSO Center, we offer tutoring, Supplemental Instruction (SI) and additional academic support to help you strengthen your study skills and build confidence throughout your academic journey. One-on-one tutoring is available in person and virtually for more than 100 classes, and our team of tutors is dedicated to helping you achieve your academic goals. SI sessions are peer-led and provide an excellent opportunity for students to meet outside of class to review challenging course materials together.
Resources and materials
We look forward to assisting you on your academic journey and to helping you find the resources best suited to your needs. We know that where you study can significantly affect how well you retain information. We offer four study rooms that are available to book and range in size, with capacities of four to 24 people. Keep an eye on our announcements, as we host workshops and events throughout the year.
Faculty and staff information
We offer a range of services for faculty and staff. You can request presentations for your classes that encourage students to seek assistance from the LASSO Center to improve their academic skills.
