"I was surprised at how well we are cared for. Our supervisors put a lot of effort into making sure we have all the resources that we need, and we feel good about our goals. SI leaders have mentors who work with them on personal development goals and growth as an SI leader. The work culture the LASSO Center has created is motivating, helpful, and relaxed."

- Charley Johnson
